Central Services Coordinator
Working Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week, full year working)

Trustees are seeking a highly organised and proactive Central Services Coordinator to join our central team.
The Central Services Coordinator will be at the heart of our trust's operations, working closely with senior leaders in Finance, HR, Teaching and Learning, and Operations. You'll be the driving force behind the efficient management of resources, coordinating central team workstreams to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met. This role demands a keen eye for compliance and exceptional organisational skills to successfully manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic and varied environment. If you're passionate about making a difference within the local community and possess the skills we're looking for, we want you to be part of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Finance, HR, Teaching and Learning, and Operations
to understand workstreams and strategic priorities and plan work accordingly.

• Ensure compliance through the effective organisation and prioritisation of tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in financial resource management, general administration, ICT, human
resources, facility and property management, and health and safety management.
