The following documents may be requested for public inspection:
- The agendas for the Board of Trustees, subcommittees and Local Academy Committees
- The approved minutes of each meeting
- Any report, document or other paper considered at each meeting.
Requesting Documents:
To request copies of any documents, including those available on our website such as:
- Articles of association
- Funding agreement
- Register of interestes for members, trustees and local governors
- Complaints procedure
- Scheme of delegation
- Annual accounts and annual report

We will provide these documents free of charge usually within 10 working days of receiving your request.
Confidentiality
Please note that the trust may exclude from any item any material relating to:
- A named teacher or other employee or proposed employee
- A named pupil or student, or candidate for admission or referral to the academy
- Any matter which, by reason of its nature, the trustees are satisfied should remain confidential.
